Mary Kirk

Interim President and CEO
Mary Kirk has over 25 years of experience in Operations, Office Management, Purchasing, Domestic and International Logistics and Customer Service. In here role as Controller, she oversees daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ms. Kirk has worked with CST for over 7 years, and she is an integral part of the leadership team. Her abilities range from finance and procurement to accurately tracking the flow of orders and products from production to customer site. Her ability to multi-task and adapt solutions to changing schedules and needs has allowed her to assure a smooth flow of business operations and orders through the system. Prior to working with Energy Intelligence Center, Ms. Kirk’s experience has included Office Management, Purchasing, Logistics, R&D, and Customer Service. She has worked with customers and vendors in over 20 countries in North America, Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
Ms. Kirk has designed inventory procurement and control systems to keep production moving and minimize delays. Her experience in assembly, creating technical drawings, writing technical manuals, and Research and Development give her a better understanding of the manufacturing process. Ms. Kirk graduated from Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Religion. In her spare time Mary Kirk is an Acrylic Pour Artist selling her paintings at local art and craft fairs and online.

Dilip Limaye

Strategic Advisor
Dilip Limaye, President of SRC Global Inc. and a Senior Energy Advisor to the World Bank in energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable development, and climate change mitigation. Mr. Limaye is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 45 years of international experience in financing clean-tech and energy initiatives to help governments and industry reduce their carbon footprint. Mr. Limaye is internationally recognized as a financial advisor and consultant, providing services to organizations in more than 50 countries with a proven ability to assist implementation of innovative programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving sustainable growth. He has also been the Board Chairman of Photonix Solar, a solar PV manufacturing company in India.
Mr. Limaye is currently actively engaged in the development of large-scale solar energy projects, and is the co-developer of the 683 MW Dawn Solar project in Texas which is currently undergoing a $600 million financial structuring. Mr. Limaye was the Lead Technical Consultant on the design of a $1.3 billion World Bank financing program for implementing clean energy options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution in the Beijing region. He was also the Team Leader, Finance for the USAID Program to Accelerate Clean Energy Deployment in India and is currently working on a $1 billion World Bank initiative to leverage private financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy in water utilities. Mr. Limaye has also launched energy services companies (ESCOs) in India, Australia and Sri Lanka, a solar PV manufacturing company, and an international energy technology company that has developed a patented technology to optimize energy consumption in cooling systems.
